Before you make the decision to go to grad school you should consider the following things:

What do I want to do after grad school?

Am I financially prepared?

How do I start the application process?

What are your motivations for going to grad school?

Will grad school increase my earning potential?

Reevaluate your readiness for grad school if any of the following are factors in your application process:

You are just avoiding the difficulties that come with the job search process

You have always wanted to live in ____________

You think a grad degree is necessary for your next step

Having a clear vision of how your graduate degree will help you achieve your goals is an essential piece of the process of deciding if grad school is right for you. Make sure to really review your intentions and reasoning for wanting to go to grad school and it will save you time and money in the long run!
