This panel discussion will explore how faculty and staff can support students in balancing these interconnected aspects of their lives. Panelists will share insights on recognizing the impact of career stress on mental health, integrating well-being into career conversations, and fostering resilience to help students achieve both personal and professional success. Faculty and staff can complete electives at any time, regardless of if they have taken Sessions 1-3.
