- Career Coaching for New Alumni: Students graduating with an undergraduate degree can make 1:1 Career Coaching appointments for 12 months after graduation. Call us at 319-335-1023 to schedule an appointment.
- Continue to apply for employment opportunities through Handshake and participate in our recruitment events such as Career Fairs and Information Sessions. Stay up to date with our upcoming events on Handshake.
- Handshake Account. Be sure to update your profile to your school year as Alumni. Once you no longer have HawkID Login access, email the PCC at careercenter@uiowa.edu, include your student ID number and the personal email you would like to use to access Handshake to continue to use the account as alumni.
- Use Big Interview to learn and practice your interviewing skills. If you already have an account, continue to use it. If you graduated without setting up an account, set up a Big Interview Alumni Account.
- Browse the Pomerantz Career Center site for additional resources to prepare for your employment search, interview, and offer consideration.
