In addition to offering the three foundational courses within Career Connectors, there are also a variety of elective opportunities for continuous professional development and a deeper dive on specific topics. Stay up to date with the latest industry insights, gain new perspectives, and enhance your skills as you navigate the ever-evolving landscape of career development!

Neurodiverse students bring unique strengths and perspectives to the table, yet they often face distinct challenges in navigating career development. This interactive session will offer faculty and staff practical strategies for supporting the career success of neurodiverse learners. Participants will explore ways to create inclusive environments, foster confidence, and address common barriers that may arise. Join us for a collaborative discussion focused on actionable ideas to empower neurodiverse students in their career journeys and beyond.

Faculty and staff can complete electives at any time, regardless of if they have taken Sessions 1-3.
