To request a program, please complete and submit the form below.

In order to make plans for your program, we need to receive your request at least 2 weeks before your preferred date (requests submitted later than this will be reviewed, but we cannot guarantee availability). Due to demand and to ensure equity across all student groups, we limit student organizations to one program/semester.

A note for graduate student organizations/classes: 

We appreciate your interest and wish we could accommodate your request. However, given our current funding model and available staff resources, we can only consider requests from undergraduate courses and student organizations. We recommend making your request via Graduate Success Office:  https://www.grad.uiowa.edu/career-exploration-planning.
