Individuals may post in home care positions for respite care for Iowans receiving services through the Consumer Choice Option (CCO) under a waiver. We require documentation from the state, the case worker, or the entity handling payroll for CCO for the state (i.e., a copy of the client's EIN number certifying that they are a dba business) that the client will be receiving CCO services.

This program allows members that have qualified for the program to choose an Independent Support Broker who will help them develop their individual budget and help you recruit employees.  They will also work with a Financial Management Service that will manage their budget and pay their workers on their behalf.

Employers in this program must share proof that they are providing liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance to be eligible to post in HandshakeYou can post or search for these types of positions on the sites below.
