Registration at Fall or Spring Job and Internship Fair

This opportunity provides you with greater exposure to students on the Iowa campus prior to and at the Job and Internship Fairs – the University’s largest Career Fairs of the year. In addition to complementary parking and lunch for all representatives, your organization will receive the following benefits:

  • Premier table location in first floor ballroom of Iowa Memorial Union with piping and draping
  • Your employer profile/opportunities/logo promoted extra ways in our Handshake mobile app  
  • Your logo and a link to your organization on the Pomerantz Career Center website
  • Premiere interview location for the day after the fair

This opportunity provides you with continuous exposure to students (3,000+ per semester) visiting the Pomerantz Career Center. Sponsorship will go toward supplies for students to enjoy coffee, tea or cocoa as they visit the center for work on their job search, resume and cover letter or meet with an advisor. Your sponsorship offers the following benefits:

  • Your logo prominently displayed in the Career Cafe
  • Free Coffee sleeves with your logo included

Cover of Career Guide

$250 to $2,000

The Pomerantz Career Center Career Guide is a 64 page (approximately) digital career resource guide for students and alumni, filled with tips, samples and information to assist in career planning. The Career Guide is available to 30,000+ students and alumni throughout the year and is disseminated to all at the beginning of each semester.

Multiple advertising spots are available in the guide.

The primary audience for the guide is College of Business and Liberal Arts and Sciences undergraduate students.

Advertising rates are listed below:

  • $250 -- Black and white, 1/4 page ad—3.75”w x 5”h
  • $500 --Black and white, 1/2 page ad—7.5”w x 5”h
  • $1,000 --Black and white, full page ad— 7.5”w x 10”h
  • $2,000 --Full color, full page ad—7.5”w x 10”h (3 available—inside back cover, inside front cover, back cover)

Career Treks are a career exploration initiative that allows students to travel to various cities in order to gain insight into career fields of interest. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure among the student body, market your internship and full-time job opportunities, and educate students on your hiring process and timeline. Sponsor a trip for a group of University of Iowa students to visit your city, tour your office space, learn about your organization and network with your professionals. Your sponsorship offers the following benefits:

  • Company logos and information prominently incorporated in all promotional materials and on the event webpage
  • Opportunity for you to showcase your office space and educate interested students on the benefits of working at your organization, available opportunities, and your hiring process/timeline
  • Opportunity to engage 20+ students through interactive activities, speaker series and networking/recruiting sessions with team members and alumni
  • Note: There is 1 sponsorship opportunity per semester

 Students may visit additional organizations in addition to yours while on the same Trek.
