This position is located in our Headquarters Office in Lacey, WA. Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.In this role, you will serve as a consultant/coordinator/administrator to the Administrative Services Division (ASD) in support of Ecology Service Center-JIRA. In this role, you will work with staff to ensure that the work orders are being completed in a timely manner. What you will do: Manage service requests submitted by staff and tenants; dispatch sub-tasks related to MACs to appropriate person to complete, track and manage work orders; assist, instruct, and verify the completion of work orders by Staff Services and facilities staff.Run and review analytical reports and present to Administrative Services. Research, analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations for selected management issues crossing organizational boundaries with a focus on work orders and facility management needs. Division Management on service requests and provide recommendations for process workflow; work orders and assigned work to staff.Manage and lead the Move, Add, Change (MAC) process across the agency.Develop processes, guidance, requirements, and assistance to program/region service coordinators across the agency. As the Administrative Services SharePoint (SP) Site Collection Administrator, you will be responsible for the oversight of the site collection and will assist our program SharePoint site owners to enhance the effective and efficient security management of SP based on agency polices and best practices to ensure that SP is used in a way that protects and promotes agency information allows for effective access to information for employees. Assist the program public disclosure coordinator in searching SP in response to public disclosure requests and document accessibility.   QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Years of required experience indicated below are full-time equivalent years. Full-time equivalent experience means that any experience where working hours were less than 40 hours per week will be prorated in order to meet the equivalency of full-time. We would calculate this by looking at the total hours worked per week, divide this by 40, and then multiply by the total number of months worked. Examples of the proration calculations are: 30 hours worked per week for 20 months: (30/40) x 20 months = 15 months full-time equivalent20 hours worked per week for 12 months: (20/40) x 12 months = 6 months full-time equivalentExperience for both required and desired qualifications can be gained through various combinations of formal professional employment, education, and volunteer experience. Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring certain targeted service plans are up to date and accurate; ensuring progress notes reflect accurate documentation and making sure progress toward achievement of goals is obtained. The clinician in this position will work as a key member of the Mental Health Court team and as a member of the Clackamas Health Centers; make referrals to other community clinics, agencies, or care facilities; provide crisis interventions both in person and by telephone; develop and negotiate treatment plans; and maintain accountability for assigned clients including monitoring urinalysis drug screening coordination. All candidates must meet criteria and qualifications to provide alcohol and drug treatment services.The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical assessments, treating individuals involved in the justice system with mental health and substance use issues, certification as a CADC or 60 hours of Alcohol and Drug Training, experience facilitating therapy groups, and commitment to serving a diverse population while promoting equity, diversity and inclusion. Most competitive candidates will be licensed LCSW, LPC or LMFT clinicians.Successful candidates will be able to provide culturally competent treatment strategies, have an anti-racist lens, will have completed some personal reflection and growth in their own equity journey, have a strong commitment to providing equitable services to the community, fostering an open and productive environment, and demonstrating sensitivity to and respect for the diverse populations we serve. As a Lead Social Case Worker, you will be a lead on a team of Social Case Workers and actively participate in leadership, supervision and development.  You should be a strong team player and possess good decision-making skills and the ability to effectively handle conflicts. The Lead Social Case Worker will perform permanently assigned lead work over professional social case workers, assist with Social Case Worker Supervisor establish unit goals, plans, and specific unit functions.
